Toddler Ruby Shoe Covers

These shiny red shoe covers will make your toddler fit for a walk down Yellow Brick Road. The slippers are covered in shiny red sequins, and a large red satin bow is attached to the top of each slipper. The slippers have an elastic strap attached to bottom to firmly secure them to feet. Note: These shoe covers are meant to go over child's dress shoes. Not intended to go over tennis shoes.
