Become a munchkin mayor in this plus sized costume. It is comprised of a long tailored emerald jacket with an attached plaid shirt front and matching emerald pants. The pants have an elastic waistband and the jacket buttons up the front for closure. A blue bow tie Hook and Loop fasteners to the shirt, and a green top hat is included.
