Wicked Witch Toddler Costume

This little witch's cackle is more like a giggle! This toddler Wicked Witch costume includes a black, polyester dress with silver trim that has a Hook and Loop fastener clasp in the back. "Oz" is written in silver on the chest with an image of the witch. A green, sequin vest is attached with as well as a matching belt. The belt has a silver buckle and netting that matches the long sleeves. The skirt is decorated with green petals attached at the waist (please note the petals do not have bows as pictured). The black witch hat has a green, sequin ribbon around the front portion of the crown. We have lots of Wizard of Oz costumes to choose from for infants and toddlers!
